The holiday that this card represents is Thanksgiving.

The image that is used is a cartoon. The image connects to the holiday because it shows thanksgiving.


3. In your opinion, is the cover of the card attention-grabbing? Explain exactly why or why not. Consider the arrangement of elements as well as use of images, color and text.

Yes the cover of the card is attention-grabbing because it really brought attention and interest because of the photo and the colors and the words on the cover of the holiday card.

The text that is written on the front of the card is "I wisheth Ye...". It is located on the top left corner.

The text that is written inside the card is "... a happy gobble gobble day!". It is located on the middle inside of the card.

The text inside does connect to the cover because it continues the text that is written on the cover. The cover says I wisheth ye and the inside says a happy gobble gobble day.

The type of information on the back of the card is the company which is american greetings. It also has the barcode on the back.

The consumer that the card targets is age groups of any type, the gender of any type, any race, and anybody who celebrates thanksgiving.
